Every system we install has a full 2 year parts and labor warranty (including the spray tips, which most of our competitors do not cover under warranty), from the date of installation. Your only requirement is you must purchase your chemical for your system from the dealer that installed your system. Use of any other chemical may cause your system to malfunction, thereby voiding your warranty. Should you ever sell your home, we will even transfer all remaining warranties to the new owner, free of charge.

We offer a full 90-day, money back guarantee on every residential system we install. If, within 90-days, we are unable to adjust or otherwise modify your pest control system to perform as expected to your complete satisfaction, we will remove it and give you a 100% refund for the cost of all materials and products included in your purchase.
